Well, we did hide all the toys. The yard looked pretty good from afar (up close you can tell it's all weeds). The kids haven't been allowed to touch anything all weekend and we've chased them around with towels and Windex to clean up the fingerprints. I didn't even take a shower Saturday because I didn't want to have to clean it again. Not a fun weekend...especially noting that all of the showings have been every-other-hour. Who knows what will happen? However, I invite you to take a tour.
Please note the just-purchased-Saturday-morning fern and the new Welcome mat in the picture above.
And join us on the deck by the $20 tropical we'll be returning tomorrow. I'd just kill it if it stayed. It's done its duty. Time to go live with someone who can care for it properly.
While you're here, please enjoy a delicious cupcake fresh from the bakery sitting innocently and oh-so-festively on the kitchen table. Oh, sorry. We ate those Saturday night. Here. Let me get you a cookie (sliced and baked this morning!). Ahhhhh. Home Sweet Home.
If public speaking for hoodlums doesn't work out for you, you can always become a stager. :) Are they actually offering what you want?
ReplyDeleteSliced cookies...yum!! ;)
ReplyDeleteI also gave you award today!! Check out my blog to see it.
What are the odds that they love your house, LOL. How could they not, with all those extra homey touches.....
